Bon Ayre is located in Smyrna, Delaware, which was recently ranked 31st overall in 100 Best Small Towns in America. We are just minutes from Smyrna's historic downtown and its stores, doctors, and library. Beautiful Lake Como, the Smyrna Municipal Park, and the Smyrna Bikeways Path are just up the road. Relaxing Bombay Hook Preserve, the Delaware Bay, the Blackbird State Forest, and Garrisons Lake are all just minutes away. When you feel like traveling to Wilmington, Dover, or the beaches, our proximity to Routes 1 and 13 makes the trip a breeze.
View hours for our home models are Friday-Tuesday, 11 am - 5 pm. Models are closed Wednesday and Thursday.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
From I-95, take Delaware Rt. 1 South to Exit 114 (South Smyrna). Turn left (south) onto Rt. 13, then take the first right onto Carter Rd. The community is 1/10 mile on the left.
From Dover: Take Rt. 13 N. past the Garrison Lake Golf Course to South Smyrna. Turn left onto Carter Rd. Proceed approximately 500 ft. to the community on the left.
